At Detail Depot NZ, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items aren't the perfect fit, we offer a 30-day return policy for a full refund or exchange on all unworn items with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and choose between a refund or store credit.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original garment tags are attached and the items are in their original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized NZ Post location across New Zealand.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method or issue your exchange within 3-5 business days.
